Legoland Pirate Island Hotel
Winter Haven, FL
There are a variety of Legoland Resort vacation packages that include access to the parks and hotel stay. We chose the Standard Family Vacation package. We choose this option because we wanted an overnight stay, access to all three parks at the resort, and two days of admission.
What is included in the Standard Family Vacation Package?
- Your choice of Lego themed room at one of the three hotels
- Two days of admission to the three parks: Legoland Theme park, Water Park, and Peppa Pig Theme park
- Free full breakfast at the hotel
- In-room treasure hunt that includes a complimentary lego souveiner
Hotel Options
There are three options of places to stay with Legoland Resort. Legoland Hotel is the main hotel where you check in and is the location of the nightly kid’s activities. Legoland Pirate Island Hotel is connected to Legoland hotel and as you can imagine has a pirate theme throughout. The last option is the Beach Retreat which includes separate cabins but requires transportation to get to and from the Legoland park. We chose the Pirate Island hotel because we wanted to be on sight at the park and were interested in the pirate theme.
Accommodations at the Pirate Island Hotel
The setup at Pirate Island Hotel was exactly what we needed for a night’s sleep for our family of five. The room was made up of a king bed and a kid sleeping area that consisted of twin bunk beds and a pull-out trundle bed. In addition, the room had two flat screen tvs and an Alexa.
One fun bonus activity the room includes was an in-room treasure hunt where you find a lego set to keep. The hunt ends with using a code you discover to open the safe.
Amenities at Pirate Island Hotel
We enjoyed using the hotel pool at the end of our first day at Legoland. It was a great way to relax after a busy day at the park. It was not crowded at the end of the day and it included foam lego bricks to build with.
