Pumpkin Fest

One tradition we have been doing since we had kids in our hometown is the Pumpkin Fest. It’s a fun Thrusday night to celebrate Halloween as a family and community, The event is put on through our park district and includes a bag of goodies for each kid.

We all enjoy the hayride, playing games, and the kids favorite, is all the bounce houses.

My favorite part of the night is walking around the path at the park and doing the character walk. I love watching how each kid reacts to the different characters. They have a lot of fun high fiving the characters.
