Guilt Free Funfetti Cookies

It was my girlfriend Stacy’s birthday last week so we celebrated this past Saturday night. I knew I had to make her some kind of treat since she has a sweet-tooth. I remembered back in the college days she always enjoyed the Funfetti cake for celebrations (we are old college roommates). I knew if I made her a cake I would get in trouble from her for making an unhealthy treat that she would indulge in too much. I have made brownies guilt-free with yogurt in the past so I decided to give cookies a shot. These turned out incredible and tasted more like a cupcake than a cookie, plus they are just a little over 200 calories for 3 cookies. I will be trying out more homemade treats in the future with yogurt that is a for sure thing!
